In Less Than 48 Hours starting from the ground up teardown At just over 400 engine hours, there was no point pretending this was a quick refresh. The only way to know the bike was fully ready for battle again was to take it completely apart down to the frame, inspect everything and rebuild it correctly from the ground up Madjack style. In Less Than 48 Hours we're going all the way or not at all INSPECTION Every bolt, bearing, wire, hose, hard part and wear item was inspected with one objective: catch the failure during this prep stage before it became a DNF at the Moab Hard Enduro or a failure when out filming with the pros. As with all our bike builds everything we install on the bike is fully focused on maximum functionality, durability and reliability.
